Terms And Conditions

General:

• Anyone 18 years or over can create a profile for free.
   

• For as long as your profile is active (displaying) you can be contacted anytime.
   

• If you are contacted, it is polite to reply, even if you are not interested in communicating with the person.  If you are not interested, simply click on the link in the email to send a quick pre-written email to politely decline their offer.  This will be very appreciated and keep everyone happy.  If you are, you can reply with any information you feel comfortable in giving.

 

Profiles:

• Do not use any part of phone numbers, email address, ID names etc in your "Nickname" or "About you" sections.  Profiles with these will be deleted.
   

• Do not upload a photo which could be offensive to others (Global Dating Zone reserves the right to decide if an image is regarded as offensive).  You will be notified by Global Dating Zone to remove/change your photo.  If it is not changed within 3 days, we will delete your profile.  Offensive photos/images would include (but is not limited to) nudity or anything that indicates racism, hatred or sexism.
   

• Do not include any text that people may find offensive, including  the areas, but not limited to adult related, religious, racist comments and so on.

 

Sending Messages:

• As a full member, you can contact unlimited people, anytime.
   

• Global Dating Zone will not be responsible for any loss, damage etc. caused by the communications created from the Global Dating Zone system.
   

• When contacting people, you are responsible for all actions.  Only include the personal information you feel comfortable in giving (examples: phone number, email address, msn messenger/skype id etc).
